PN, good luck with that search. :) I have yet to see a low draw TV with a built-in low draw BR player. My standalone cheap Bluray player draws 25W. There may be some players that draw less watts.
EDIT: This one, Samsung BD-E5700, only draws 12.6W while running according to specs.
