SPEAKER GRILL REMOVAL????

HAVE A SPEAKER IN OUR TRAILER ceiling in which the screw gave way and it dropped a little as u can see in the picture. the screw is under the grill but how do u remove the grill to get to the screws to tighten them? i tried to twist it and pull it off but it doesn't move and i don't want to damage the ceiling. any suggestions???? thanks

I installed similar in our house. A tool came with the speakers to remove the grill. It was a bent piece of wire the same diameter of the holes in the grill.
You could probably make one with a bent paper clip. Friction holds them in and it does not take a lot to pull them out.

Often the grills just just pop out, being held in place solely by friction fit.

could be the whole unit twist ,like a smoke detector does ,just a guess. or keep wiggling till the other side lets go. .

Tried putting small screwdriver in the grill itself to pry it away from the base?
