splendide 2100 w/d combo

I bought a used r v with a splendide 2100 w/d in it. I don't think it has ever been used. I tried it out and it starts filling with water, after a little bit it will spin and drain the water out. I get an error code of 13 afterwards. I was told that there may be a blue wire off the ntc dry sensor. I took the top off and there was a wire off and I put the wire back on. It is still doing the same thing that it was. Is there a way to reset it or is something else wrong? I hope someone knows.
