Temporary fix of previous posted air vent problem

Temporarily repaired vent problem. Could not find any auto supply store that sold the small tubing. Thought about using the end of a ball point ink refill to splice the two ends, however, the tubing was the same size. Finally bought some 1/8 inch shrink tubing, put over the tube, held the two ends as tight together as I could, and heated the tubing to shrink it. Removed one of the ducts behind the glove box and tried the vent button. Vent opened and closed properly. I KNOW this is only a temporary fix, BUT, I wanted to thank all of you for your help. N3OR
