have a utility trailer that has 205/75 R15 tires on it 5 lugs. And has one tire flat. need to use it tomorrow to pick up something about 10 miles away.... I have a spare tire but its a 225/75 R15 5 lugs. any problem using that on the trailer to pick up the item until I get another tire the correct size??? single axle trailer.... i don't believe there is much difference in size... thanks

Thanks for the responses. I did use the tire and had no issues with it and found no problems with handling or anything. could not even notice the difference. thanks again...

The 205 is 27.1 inches tall and the 225 is 28.4 inches tall

Being on same axle may cause tracking issues.....but should not affect overall towing since each wheel position is independent of opposite side

So how did it work out??
Is it time for your medication or mine?

Guessing it's too late to answer, but I don't see a problem for short term use. I would use it for the 10 mile run, until you get the proper one. You may notice a slight difference in handling.
