Trust me on this one OP - If the tire is rated for 65 mph it's good to go at 65 mph. The manufacturer has already taken into account the tires rpm's at 65 mph and designed it accordingly. It doesn't matter if it's a 6 inch tire or a 21 inch tire; the only thing that matters is it's speed rating (mph).
