tires

What is your all thought on dynatrac tires as a drive tire.Thinking about getting these instead of the doublecoin.

Can you use st tires as drive tires on a motorhome?

No. ST tires are specifically designed for trailer usage.

And I'm sure that there will other folks who will talk about how bad ST tires perform.
  • I have been buying the Samson 8/19.5 tires that are made in Mexico.
I have been getting them recently at BIG "O" tire for about $200.00 installed. They all have been very recently made. I have about 5000 miles on 2 of them with no problem
I was getting them on EBAY for about $175.00 delivered but I see they have gone up in price recently. Still there is an option to make an offer. Try $175.00 and see if the company cannot do for that price they will make you a counter offer.

    SEE their pagehere

After replying the first time I went to the link above. I have made an offer on 2 more of the tires. Bill me later is having a promo for new customers. $25.00 off your first purchase and 6 months to pay no interest.

PM me if you want to know what offer I made and if it was accepted or their counter offer. It can take up to 48 hours for them to respond.

I am tired of the Chinese tire myth. Even Michelin makes tires in China.

The problem is with the manufacturer and whether the do Quality Assurance and have inspectors looking at the work or they just buy from the cheapest vendor and put their name on them.

    To the OP

WHAT size tire I cannot figure it out from your profile

Seems to me that you answered your own question.:)
  • Exactly darsben. Did you have the same "issues" say 30 years ago purchasing tires. I mean trying to guess whether a tire met any standards? After having SEVEN B.F. Goodrich tires blow out on me, with a greatly underloaded (GVW) RV I began to have doubts. My answer is to ask a lot of people their opinion, before chancing an unknown to me tire.

  • Tires have gone downhill and as a serious suggestion, I recommend asking a lot of people both on and off line before purchasing...
