toy hauler has convection oven I WANT GAS!!!!!!!!!!!

I do alot of boondocking and dont like to run gen set unless i have to. Any one else rep a lace convection oven with conventional one? Problems? easy swap? 2013 Rubicon 2100. Also...

I would think it would be an awful lot of work to make a true 4 season trailer.

Insulation, windows, doors would all need to be replaced.
