toy hauler has convection oven I WANT GAS!!!!!!!!!!!

I do alot of boondocking and dont like to run gen set unless i have to. Any one else rep a lace convection oven with conventional one? Problems? easy swap? 2013 Rubicon 2100. Also...

JMHO but the gas oven in the MH is so small inside (height) that there is barely anything it can be used for. Again, JMHO.
