Traveler Toilet

I have A Traveler toilet with A bad vacuum breaker. Everything I read says to just pull it out. This one has like A jam nut on it. I have taken the nut loose but still can't get it out. I also can't find anything on it. I also can't find A model # on it. Any help would be apreciated.
