Trek AC fan not working

I just bought a 2003 Trek Class A and AC fan does not work. I can hear the compressor humming but no air is blowing. I cannot find a fuse for it so can't check to see if that's the problem. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

Thread title sounds like the "Dash Air" powered by the coach's chassis engine has the problem. If so, who built the Chassis?
Text sounds like it's the "House Air" probably a rooftop unit.
Which please? If it's Roof, please try to find and post as much of the Make, Size (BTU's), and Model that you can find. And is it Ducted or Ductless? Wall Thermostat or Controls on the Unit?
