On your previous post, you had several suggestions to rise the camper and spin the wheels to see if you have any drag, meaning the brakes are dragging, which would cause excessive heat.
Did you do this yet? If not, it's hard to rule out any other possibilities. Probably everyone is going to come back with the same response ... check for brake drag.
If you have done this and the wheel spin freely on both sides, and all tires, then there may be something else going on. Let us know your findings.
For example, although a new camper, it could be bad bearings. Any number of things, but we need to rule out brake drag first.
And could be something as simple as the bearing were not packed properly with grease. There are lots of factors.
