Waterless Exterior Cleaning idea (sort of)

Wondering if anyone has tried light exterior cleaning using a swiffer pad on a extended shaft. I'm thinking about trying a swiffer pad made out of that micro fiber cloth for spot and light dirty removal between full washes.
With a fully painted base coat/clear coat finished exterior keeping it relatively clean fairly easy, but I like to have a as spotless as possible easily.

Jeesh - you're right! "California" "Hollywood" - talk about mixing up names. Oh well. At least you knew what I was talking about.
  • We haven't tried that. We have what's called the Hollywood Duster for our car for in between dry cleaning or dusting and it works great. Seems it would work better than the flat microfiber Swiffer based duster because of the many mini fibers to protect against scratching. Just a thought.
