Yup, if you are knowledgeable and safe working around 120 VAC, wire the 120 VAC input to the inverter/charger to the output 120 VAC from the inverter/charger.
As already posted, this will give you power when you are on shore power.
You will also need to make other arrangements for charging the batteries, as that was the other function of the inverter/charger.
