If you want quiet, go solar. Even the quietest Honda isn't all that quiet if you have to listen to someone else run one in the next site.
We put together a simple, portable 230w solar system (way more than we need) and it handles our needs other than the microwave and AC. The same can be done for less than $400 and when you talk quiet, solar is silent.
