2011 Honda CRV

Are there any folks on here whose Honda CRV lost some info on there screen that shows, date, back up screen and other things that were lost a few years ago. Honda said they were working on it but I still see it not working. The other day I spent a lot of time resetting my date and time on the dash display from 2003 to 2013 and the correct date and time. When I started the car it all rowed back to 2003. Anyone ever had Honda fix it??????????
