- mich800ExplorerUnless they pumped a lot of those into the dealer lots I would think they could have sold them at a lower discount.
- GordonThreeExplorer15-20k off msrp is pretty common for any isn't it? Maybe not advertised or offered right away.
- NMDriverExplorerThis time of year they are trying to get rid of the last of last model year off of lot. I bought my truck for $16,000 of of MSRP on X-mas eve 2008.

Negotiated a similar discount on my 2500 last year, late November. Probably different for every market. Also low trim level don't seem to sell as well as the fancier ones. - mich800Explorer

The ecodiesel only came back on production recently. Unless they had some pigeon holed somewhere for the new epa flash. So I didn’t think they had that many days in supply of the ED. - Edd505Explorer18K off puts the market price where it should be to start. A little less profit would sell more trucks, now if they just made an F series.
- GordonThreeExplorerMark it up so they can discount em I guess?
Probably some sort of tax game too, for the manufacturer and dealers both. - Chuck_thehammerExplorerits all over the NEWS...
all brands of truck.. a truck has the BEST profit for car makers.....
even at a good discount..
reason Japan is making trucks for the USA... - N-TroubleExplorerI think I have seen a total of 3 Ecodiesels in the wild since they have come out.
I would buy a gasser HD truck before even considering one of these.
