After posting a few comments on another thread, I decided to start this one under a topic more easily recognized. I also have started a blog at: http://www.tcreviver.com. Okay, MKish, here it is. I'll post to it whenever I get a chance. -Carey

Thinking about the haul... but haven't really checked under the truck to see what (or if) the father in law had anything installed when he was carrying his rig. Thinking he did as he had a huge 11.6 foot Real Lite... that weighed approx. the same amount as my Amerigo. I only hauled mine once when I brought it up 16 hours from Arkansas. It seemed pretty decently secure on our dually, but I still eed to make sure we got a good system in place. Today we are re-hanging all of the Aluminum and snap n nap back on the TC. It is freshly painted after a TON of body work. Feeling the pressure now to get her done in 8 weeks for the "reveal" on Memorial Day.

What is everyone using to haul and stack thier Amerigo???

Just finished installing set of Supersprings SSA22's on my F350.

From my research, these springs should address the sag and sway I have with the stock set up. It is a heavy camper especially when loaded for a trip.

Off the truck I have it sitting on two stacks of 5 high pallets. I would like to build some sort of movable rack for the driveway.

Also thinking about trying the Plasti Dip Spray Kit in white for the roof.

As soon as the weather permits I will be repainting the exterior.

Hope it is soon !

What do you plan on using to paint?

I ended up buying a new light online.
I think it was $12.00 and came with 2 covers clear and amber for the bugs.

I think I am buying a new one too. Just got done replacing ALL of the marker lights with new LED ones, so might as well switch the porch light as well. Spring has sprung... time for all of us to get going again. What have you done on your Amerigo lately?

Does anyone have an extra light cover/globe for the outside entryway light or know where I could find one.

Anyone else using a Yamaha or Honda 2000 for thier camper?

First trip of the season in May.

Easy... We have a huge machine shop where we have the camper broken up into 5 rooms. But you are right, we need warmth so we can put everything back together.
