It does look like a solid camper. From what I've read they are actually "not" verilite though and are quite heavy. I believe one of our members has one and perhaps he will see this and reply. Also do a search on them in the search engine on this site.
As an aside, $4,000 seems like a lot for a 1992 camper..Even in good condition. I would most certainly go check it out in person before buying it though if possible. A camper this old (mine is a 1995 and had hidden issues!) is quite prone to water damage here and there.
