- Reddog1Explorer IIGood. Then you can change to suit your needs. I am not sure 3/4" is worth the expanse, if you are having no issues. The 3-1/2" worked out great for me.
Wayne - bigolhornsExplorerMy truck came with a removable rubber mat from Ford. It's about 1/2' thick. No bediner.
- Reddog1Explorer IIWhen you say "another rubber mat", you might want to clarify what kind of mat you already have. Is it rubber or the factory bed liner?
If you are not having any clearance issues and do not need the truck bed storage, I would leave it alone. If you want to use the storage inside the truck bed, I would use 4"x4"s, side to side, and raise the TC. - Super_DaveExplorerSince rubber mat is a good idea whether one has clearance issues or not, I'd say do it.
- bigolhornsExplorerIt is close but has never touched. About 2" away I think I might put another rubber mat in the bed. What do you guys think?
- Reddog1Explorer IILooks nice. Do you have any clearance issues between the truck cab and TC cab over? Could just be the angle of the photo, but it sure looks close.
