Only issue is in front of the couch the floor is slightly sagging, the wood is no more than 2 years old and is not water damaged at all.
If the RV is 6 years old but the wood is only two years old, then there has been repairs before, probably from water intrusion. This RV needs a very close inspection before purchase.
