I can see in pic of inside door that the inner fiberglass skin is out of the door frame and that is what is causing your binding. Use a thin blade putty knife to work that skin back into the frame. I had that same thing happen on a 2002 BF camper. It was caused from using bungy on lower part of door to hold door open against the upper door stop on back of camper. This twists the door and pulls the inner fiberglass door skin out of the frame.
