In mid 2003, coleman started offering the highwall series. They are listed as 2004, but it is possible that these people bought one in 2003, and call it such. I recently traded in a 2004 Sequoia for 5K (and they sold it quickly for 6500), but mine was totally loaded. I had bought it used from the service manager of our dealership. It seemed like everytime he had a spare moment and a spare part he installed it on the trailer. It was in good, not great condition.

I see that the Coleman Utah and the Bayside have king size beds on each end. My dad and I agree $5,000 is too much and he would definitely offer much less.
