2005 2500 HD
Found a 2500 HD Duramax with 18500 miles on it. Anything I should worry about with so few miles on it? Must have sat a lot. Their asking $34000.

O' and that is way to much for an 05'. Sure some one may come up with the cash. But I would not. In my opinion I'd be willing to pay 20-24K. For a low mileage rust free WI truck.
The issues were on the LB7 trucks with an extended warranty issued on all models.
04.5 and up never got the ext warranty iirc and by then, the only issue was the same one as all Bosch high pressure injectors of that era. They are sensitive, over time, to proper filtration that frankly neither GM nor Dodge provided.
Concern? Yes
Reason not to buy a LiLY Dmax? No way.
With that low of miles, unless it slugged some water, the injectors are of little concern, but after learning my lesson on my 07, I'd get additional 2 micron filtration and then a lift pump on that DMax and be a happier camper for a long time.
And if you'd be willing to only spend low 20s on a super low mile, as new diesel pickup of pretty much any flavor, then you more than likely will never be driving one.......until the economy takes a dump again combined with oil way over $100 a barrel. And even then, you'll have to pay more.
