Yes - you're right - but I do like this combination, with the 6.0L and 3:73 ... it gives a nice power ride when you need it, and cruises nice when you don't.
I'm not sure what the difference is between 2500 PU and 2500 Suburban, am guessing a little in weight difference, and possibly difference in tranny gears .... not sure, but the engine and RE end comb works very well. I've pulled some pretty steep Mtns with it, and it Chugs, but get the job done.
