We have a 2011 KZ Spree 265KS which is a very similar set up only we have a King bed slide in the rear and twin bunks in the front. We also have a dinette on a slide out but the kitchen and couch are the same. We love ours and would recommend KZ. We did a lot of research on KZ prior to buying and have had no issues. They're probably not head and shoulders above other brands but have a good reputation. We have had no problems with any of the slides. The rear slide in the pictures appears to have a different mechanism than ours but KZ is known to put out a good product and based on what you have seen it's probably in good shape. Another plus of the rear slide is that it gives you a lot of room when set up but provides a shorter trailer when towing which can be a good thing when maneuvering in some campgrounds which can be much harder when pulling a long trailer.
