2009 Fleetwood Prowler heat/AC

Hi all. I have a new to me 2009 Fleetwood Prowler 2702BS. I took it out for it's maiden journey and I have a couple questions if anyone has one. As far as I could see, I only found one floor heater vent other than one in the bathroom and one with the made down bed. My old 23 foot trailer had 2 living area vents in addition to the bathroom one. Seems there should be a second vent somewhere. (clarification, i have one in the front "bedroom" one in the bathroom and one in the living area by the kitchen. Didn't see any in the rear.)

Also, I have A/C and it's the large square unit on the ceiling. But I also have a series of circular vents in the ceiling. When the AC is running I can feel the slightest trickle of cool air from them, but zero with the heater. Are the smaller circular ceiling vents only for AC? Or do I possibly have a broken duct somewhere?
