Just purchased this unit today. Original owner, SoCal, kept under awning. Unbelievable.... but lap sealant on roof has almost no cracks, only a small area (4'x4') is showing some black dots on EPDM ...

It's not perfect, but pretty nice for a 10 year old trailer. Family is happy! Floor plan is fantastic!!!
I shopped for a couple of months......You really can't get this much interior space in a 25' box. Some sacrifices....30ga black/gray tanks, 6cf refer, 13.5 BTU AC.

Curious on the rough price you paid. I know it is regional, but I like that design now that my wife has decided she doesn't like the truck camper.
