2014 Heritage Glen - Loose Darco under front end cap

Hoping someone can help me with this. Just got our new Heritage Glen 272BH home and now notice this.

When I was looking for a battery disconnect I noticed some loose Darco (looks like is is a black tyvek like material which is supposed to protect the unit from weather) which was loose and hanging down from behind the bottom of the fiberglass nose cap, behind the A frame. In looking underneath, it appears that it should be attached. It appears to run the length of the trailer, as some sort of vapor/protective barrier.

I looked up behind the front cap and saw wood framing, insulation, and the wall to the storage area. It is possible that the factory just pushes the fabric there? It does not seem right, but don't know what they would attach it to.

Anybody else with a Heritage Glen or a Hemisphere have the same issue? Or what is it supposed to be finished like? I stapled it to a wood frame for now.

Thanks!
