Forest River Wildwood X-Lite does lightweight, entry level, basic trailers very well...and they don't feel or look cheap like some brands of entry lineups do.
You'll note that the interior celings are lower than some, tall folks may bonk their heads on the A/C unit...and the rig is very basic...but has everything you guys need. During he PDI make sure to tell the guy who walks thru the trailer with you of anything needing to be repaired, or anything missing from your "window sticker" as far as options and standards, all the water systems work, the A/C and furnace, etc. Also check the date of manufacture on the tires to make sure they are current.
HOW? After the DOT insignia is your tireโs identification number, which begins with the tireโs manufacturer and plant code where the tire was manufactured (two numbers or letters). The ninth and tenth characters tell the week the tire was manufactured. The final number(s) signifies the year the tire was manufactured. 2 or 3 year old tires are NOT acceptable! Check the spare too.
Best of luck and enjoy!
