We have a 2013 Blackstone and experienced a lot of the same issues including stress cracks on the front cap which was a big on for me as well. The factory replaced the front cap on ours and when we picked it up and started home, we pulled into a rest area about an hour into our six hour drive home I did a walk around and found stress cracks in the replaced cap as well. We turned around and headed back to the factory and left the TT with them. They had to replace the cap again and then delivered the TT to me. The problem was that there was dimensions on the overall width of certain spots on the trailer and the front cap had an interference fit causing the stress. Fiber glass does not like to be forced into an interference fit or it WILL crack. I agree with you that for the price of these trailers, their fit and finish should be much better. For what it's worth though, ALL RV manufacturers seem to put out the same kind of quality or lack thereof! Enjoy your trailer!!
