They say clearly in the video (which you must not have watched) that they were provided the truck. I don't know where you're getting your info from but I've yet to see a 2016 Ram truck anywhere on the web or otherwise.

I doubt TFL buys any of the trucks they review, they're provided free by dealers or manufacturers. FCA has been walking the 2016 2500 around the review circuit, I imagine TFL will get a whack at it soon enough.
