What is the payload of the truck and what is the pin wt of the FW?

I believe the payload on the truck is 4,105. I am unable to locate the pin weight of the FW.

Your numbers dont make sense?
34 foot fiver, 9K axles?

Must have a 8 person hot tub and 12 slides or something. Ya that's heavy!

Since you're approaching the weight of a semi truck, lol, and going whole hog on a hi zoot brand new Denali, I'm sure you're aware the 2017 models will have another 150ft lbs torque and that LP5 will eat LMLs for breakfast.
Regarding srw vs dually, you're looking at a pin wt north of 4000lbs. Technically you're in dually territory. IMO depends on usage. Few trips a year not a ton of miles. Not xing the country multiple times thru wind rain and the dark of night, truck is a daily driver 300days a year, go srw, put some good tires on it, shore up the springs and roll. (IF you're experienced with big trailers).
Partial,full timer, primary tow pig, lots of towing miles, not so much parallel parking in the city, get the right truck which is a dually.

Yeah the Augusta FW's are really heavy. My numbers came straight from the manufacturer. No Hot tub either!

Not sure I understand your abbreviations.

Set up is not for partial or full-time use. Just occasional weekend trips. Hence the reason I really don't want a DRW. Plan on driving the truck the other 300 days per year.

Sorry, you are not going to be happy with a SRW when what you really need is a MDT. A 21K fifth wheel is going to be carrying a pin weight around 5000 pounds.

A 3500 SRW will come up short on the ability to carry the trailers pin weight which may be close to 4k-4.5k lbs....... a 200 lb hitch......100 lbs of gear in the truck....4 people in the truck which may be close to 600 lbs. Add it all up = around 5400 lbs.
A 3500 SRW GM truck rear axle that carries all the load has a 7050 RAWR and can weigh in the 3500 lbs range when empty. This leaves the truck with around 3500 lbs before exceeding rear suspension/wheels and tire ratings.
The truck will be overloaded with that size trailer.

That size trailer needs a new gen one ton DRW or a 450/4500 cab and chassis with a custom haulers bed.

The 4xxx payload is a gvwr based payload ......which means the load will need to be placed over the trucks front and rear axles.

You may not want a dually but you need one. You should go test drive a DRW they are not hard to drive.
