2017 Tundra...New TV...need receiver height info please

Just ordered a 2017 Tundra Crew Max 1794 edition. Major upgrade from my 2008 Tacoma. I won't receive the truck for another 6 to 8 weeks, but I'm already itching to go camping. I looked at my drop hitch today and realized that it's at the lowest it can go. I'm hoping someone on here has the same or similar truck and can post the receiver height for me so I can see if I'll need a bigger drop over what I have now.
Thanks in advance,
Eric
  • From what I have measured, typical trailer when sitting level will measure between 15 and 17 inches ground to inside coupler.

when we had our tundra I used a Reese pro series WDH (1000/10000lb) with 6 inch drop shackle setup with our small toyhauler, top of the ball was about 3 inches above the receiver when loaded correctly for me..
