I’m not a fan of single axel TTs. Safer IMO to have two and my TT is only 22 feet. 979 pounds cargo capacity is really low for a family. 240+ pounds of that will be taken by water weight. No sink in bath area? Where do you wash your hands? Where will DW do her hair and makeup? Where will hubby shave? Kitchen sink? I’d pass on this Warren and Charlie special.
