Here is the info for my truck:
2020 F-350 SRW - 6.7 - 4x4 - Long Bed - 3.55 - Platinum - 48 gallon tank

LOADED with - me - 240 - wife - 140 - B&W Hitch - 175 - all my camping/fishing/crabbing gear including a Clam tent - FULL Fuel - Full DEF

Scale at 8680... GVW at 12,400..3720# left for trailer... trailer loaded for 2 week trip -3660 # pin . .13860 on axles - close, BUT within my weights

What does your door jam sticker say for payload?
Thanks

4561#

Doesnโ€™t matter he scaled the TV ready to go and subtracted from GVWR, and that is payload that is left for the Pin.
He lost 841# of payload to people and stuff. This the way we should do it. I know our 2016 Ram 3500 DRW weighs 10,000# ready to tow.

I've had truck in sig for 2+ years now and 5er for 3+ years and have only weighed the 5er w/ a'15 F350 we had. Will be going away Columbus Day w/e and CAT scale by T-way get on so will scale things then and get weights like FTG did and report back.

What mileage does a 2017-2019 F350 SRW with stock gearing get towing a 36 foot 5er that weighs 15K at 65 MPH on flat roads, no wind ?

My '17 with 3.55 gears and 20" rims gets about 9 mpg towing a 15k 5ver at 65 mph.

Our18 DRW 4X4 lariat with 4:10 gets 9-9.5 mpg at 65 mph towing 17,278 Cardinal. Best riding truck Iโ€™ve ever owned.

Have any of you actually weighed your truck to see if the payload and GVWR meet at 12400?

I haven't gotten around to weighing it, mainly because the configuration of my truck and FW are well below payload capacities and it's not a concern. The new 2020 models have so much more capacity and towing than previous years, and my FW is small and fairly light even fully loaded. My pin weight is only 2,300 and fully loaded the FW comes in at 14k. I could handle a pin of 3,890 so plenty of room there and FW towing capacity for my model is 22k.

Yea, also chuckle at that, that 4,500# goes quickly!
We lost 1,411# from our 5,411# payload with us, in bed tool box and hitch, leaving 4,000# with a 2,800# pin.
So if 4,500# then about 3,100# for that 2,800# pin not much wiggle room. Our 5er is only 32โ€™ about 13,000#, with a small basement.

When I had a '15 F350 SB, 4x4, cc, 50 gallon Transferflow replacement tank, 3.55 gears towing a '06 5er weighing 12,800, I'd get 9.5 or so at 70 mph. Same truck towing coach in sig weighing in at 16,000, I dropped down to 9.0 mpg's at 70 as well. Now w/ my 17, DRW in sig I'm down to 8-8.5 @ 70 biggest diff is 4.10 gears, 2 extra tires and longer box. Same truck putzing at lower speeds sightseeing and all, will jump up to upper teens.
