2020 KZ sportsmen se TK tire blowout (advice needed)

I, too, shredded a tire which tore up the inside of the "wheel well". I replaced the material with Coroplast, the black corrugated plastic board that lasted for years without deterioration. It handled road spray and rocks from the tire flawlessly. I screwed it into the bottom of the flooring and sealed the edges to make it waterproof.

This is after I put in the insulation in and before I put on the patch kit I ordered on Amazon





This is the patch and flex mend tape kit on put on. I sealed it to the frame, because there was only a sliver of Darco fabric left closest to the frame. I’m worried water may seep into the small crevices where it doesn’t get a great seal at the end of the tape on the frame.
