2 out of 20 campgrounds we've stayed at this year had 30A plugs that I felt were too worn to make good contact, luckily both sites were 50A and so I just used the dog bone to connect to the more robust and less used 50A socket. It was probably at least 1/3rd of sites where the 30A breaker was left on when I went to connect, apparently a lot of people like arcing...
