6v or 12v?
All else being equal, which is preferable and why? 2 220 AH 6v batteries or 2 110 AH 12v batteries

Yeah, I read through most of those before I posted. That's why I tried to simplify the question the way I did.
Space concerns, how will you charge them... throw us a bone for what you need.
Otherwise you have read all the general answers.... go down and buy something. Unless you are going lithium not much has changed in 25+ years.
