8.1L Chevrolet Avalanche 2500
Anyone got one? How it work for you? I did not know they made them until recently.

Not an Avalanche, but I've got a 2500HD with an 8.1 & it'll pull my 11,000 lb 5th wheel up 8% grades at the speed limit without too much trouble. But oh, does it ever love to drink.
I think the 8.1 was discontinued around 2006 or so.
