Dometic/vented with snap-in filter grills that don't stay in place. Ideas for elegant enhanced retention would be appreciated.

AMXPress and old guy: If you have a link for your purchases, I would love to see it. Our camper is in storage and I am unsure of brand. But ours too had weak clips and keeps falling on the floor.

Thanks for any help!

I had to replace the filter cover (grill) on my front AC as the tabs used to secure it were either weak or broken. The new one works fine. Found it at CW.

And who says Duct-Tape isn't elegant, lol... I guess it depends on how your filter mounts, mine has a screw, so no issues, others I assume are snap or popin, which eventually break the plastic frame. The Inlaws have a metal slid in one, just like the cooking vent. ...so... what ever works to hold it in, will work.

options: Magnets, Velcro, screws, and finally tape...

velcro is a campers best friend! We keep a roll of it in our junk drawer.
