Truck/Trailer combo looks great. I would go Equal-i-zer 1k/10k set up. I have the Equal-i-zer on my set up and it works great. A buddy has a similar set up to yours (though with the F150 HD Payload and a 31 ft Salem Cruise Lite) with the EZ Lift hitch (and s sway bars) and he has not been happy with how it tows, he ordered the Equal-i-zer after riding with me towing my 36 footer.

Don't skimp on the hitch, it is worth a couple hundred more dollars.
