AC just clicking
Hello all,
I just bought my first Travel Trailer (2002 Keystone Sprinter).
When I looked at the trailer, the seller had the AC working just fine (on his house shore power).
When I got home and plugged it into my shore power, it did not turn on. When I moved the Thermo switch from off to cool, I just heard some clicking in the unit (relay i'm assuming).
I even tried my Washer outlet, which is 20amp.
Even with ALL the circuirt breakers off, the AC unit still clicked when I moved the switch to cool.
Also, I noticed that when I wiggled the thermo switch gently in the cool setting, I could hear the clicking quiet a bit.
I am hoping its just a bad Thermo switch.. which I think I can replace.
Can anyone think of anything else I am missing?
I appreciate your help,
Thanks,
