Adhesive for rubber door gasket

The gasket along the bottom edge of my entry door has come free. I tried a double sided tape that lasted a couple of weeks.

I don't want to use the wrong adhesive. I'm not sure if the gasket is rubber, neoprene or silicone.

What do you recommend?
