ADVICE ON RV COVERS

We are stumped on trying to decide on which rv cover to get for our travel trailer. We are in Colorado so we need one that can handle cold and snow and wet. We've narrowed down between an Adco cover an Elements cover and a Poly Pro3 (Classic). Can anyone offer any advice on which are better made and which may be a rip off?

I'm on my second Addco cover. The first one lasted 5 years. Now this one is on its 2nd year. This time I got the cover for damp/rainy climates. Their chart for selecting a cover is for all year long in a particular part of the country. I only use it during the winter, so hat is why I went with the SFS Aquashed designer cover.

I had an Adco cover for 11 years, it held up well with only two minor tears but
it had begun to become a little thread bare so replaced it with a new adco cover. I believe that most cover damage is caused by hi winds which I don'tencounter here. The one thing am impressed with the new cover is that it has 11 under belly straps and my trailer box is 25 FT. long. With that many strap
I should have no wind problems and the trailer will be clean in the spring.
The one bit of advise would be when removing the cover, do so in a manner
that allows you to install the cover by putting it on roof and unrolling it
from front to back and the just pull the sides down.

I recommend none. I had one and the wind caused the cover to burnish the RV in a number of spots.

For many previous posts, and hot arguments, search the TT section for `rv cover'

Been using ADCO covers for the last ten years, no complaints at all.

JMO, but if one of these breathable covers falls apart it's because of improper installation. In a few weeks I'll be installing my current ADCO Designer series cover which has seen two winters so far and although the roof portion isn't quite as clean as when new it's showing no signs of wear at all. Pad all sharp edges, strap it down properly, and there's no reason one of these covers can't last for years.
