I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean she sells the tabs and tells people where to place them? Not that it matters for a TC, but since you posted it. :)
I think that the issue is FAA certification for aircraft. As you say, it's not an issue for us, but it would be interesting to see some wind tunnel results.
