We have a 2014 3.5L ecoboost supercrew max-tow with the 5.5ft bed we use to tow a 20ft TT(4200 lb loaded) around the country. If I was going to tow a 30ft TT the places we go with the 400lbs of supplies I load in the bed I would want to step up to an F250 for a better payload pad. The towing and payload you describe should be doable with an F150 max tow. The engine will handle it just fine and do 60mph up any interstate grade. Your mileage will not be great. 10 mpg averaged over our last 5000 mile over the divide tow. With a good WDH you will be fine. My wife has never complained about the ride in our truck loaded or unloaded. I average 19 mpg/summer 18mpg/winter suburbs unloaded driving.
