Another slide motor thread
I have a 2013 Outback 300rb with a 20 foot slide. The slide motor is clicking and squealing bad and I assume needs to be replaced. Are there better motors than Lippert and are they interchangeble?...

Our local repair shop told me today these may be able to be rebuilt but they have to be opened up first to see. I will take it in once we are done camping November 1. He does not believe I can use anything other than this Lippert model but was not sure.
