As you have found already, a brand that few have heard of. This is common in the ST tire world. Another new brand keeps popping up... Failures start happening and then yet another new brand appears... Likely all made in the same factory.
Quite a few of us have given up on ST tires and switched to LT tires with great success... There are some rabid ST tire supporters that will be along shortly to say I am full of it.
Take it all in, and believe whatever you want. It is your money and your choice.
