An LT tire with any load capacity in 15" is hard to find. If there's one out there I'm sure someone will point you in that direction.
Once you get to 16" the doors open to a lot of LT tires.
I have no personal experience with the following tires, but a couple more 15" potential options in LT are:
Kumho Crugen HT51, LT235/75-15 load range C, 1985 pounds at 50 psi
Kumho Road Venture APT, LT235/75-15 load range C, 1985 pounds at 50 psi
